About Us

Ministry Over Religion (M.O.R.) was established in October 2021 by Tynema Highsmith and Tiwana Dennis with the intention of presenting Jesus to the lost without the boundaries of religion.

This virtual platform is dedicated to people from all walks of life who need an introduction to Christ. M.O.R. was created after realizing that some individuals feel they don't fit church standards but still want to experience a community that would love, support and encourage them.

Eric Highsmith joined the team in 2024 and became an integral part in launching M.O.R to the next level. M.O.R. became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in January 2025 and now partners with community organizations to serve those in need.

M.O.R. has provided food boxes during community back to school events and collaborated with shelters to supply items for Thanksgiving meals. Since 2023, M.O.R. and its members in South Carolina, Atlanta, and beyond have continued to grow in service and outreach.

Their mission is to be a catalyst of service and prayer for those in need.
